Kevin Kermes has successfully executed hundreds of searches – contingent and retained - from the individual contributor to CxO levels. He was President of Decision SearchGroup until its acquisition by Hammer Consulting in 2006. Kevin's previous executive search experience includes sales management within an international search firm and building, managing and selling a boutique search firm (KERING SearchGroup). His past and current client list includes Fortune 1000 software and technology organizations, as well as a variety of small and mid-sized firms poised for growth. Kevin holds a B.A. from Georgia State University and served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.
